Sorry about the late post, so here's my tutorial on how to make windows xp look like windows 7.
Firstly download the start bar from here for black or here for the normal blue. Secondly download the icons from here, then download the cursors from here, then lastly download the log on from here. Enjoy your 'Windows 7' for Xp

Update
This is just a quick update, the site seem's to be going well but get more people to view it and there maybe a competition sooner or later.
My first Gimp tutorial....
This is my first tutorial since this blog started, so I hope you like it enough to come back later, If gimp isn't your thing, don't worry because there will be plenty more tutorial's like how to make money through the internet im working on now, how to get million's of youtube subscriber's and lots more. Anyway back to the tutorial..
If you haven't already downloaded gimp you can download it here; http://www.gimp.org/downloads/
If you don't know what gimp is then i'll explain, it's pretty much a free version of Photoshop, that's easy to use once you get the hang of it.
Im gunna keep this one simple and see how it goes,
How to layer picture's
Firstly click the scissor's and outline the picture you want to paste onto the background, click in the middle of the scissored picture, right click copy, and then paste onto a background. You should have a perfect picture.
